Nancy Middlebrook

Doubleweave is the name of the structure I use in all of my work. It suits my imagination, allowing controlled and subtle variations of perspective and color. I enjoy arranging colors that speak to each other within a grid. Within that orderly framework, I like to play with movement and space. The inspiration for my weaving most often begins with a color palette; the design follows.
